Seriously Rook, very good footwork, very few slips in your footwork discipline! I bet that when you do make a slight footwork mistake it only comes when downshifting correct? When I do it makes me cuss and swear inside my helmet! :))) beautiful Rook! I gladly eat my words!

Oh shizzle! I decided to quite runnin my fing suck about it and do a tire upgrade. I still think the metzlers this bike came with are garbage. Should never have been assembled with that crap on there. First and biggest change had to be fix that!

I really enjoy watching clips like this as I unwind after working all day. I think going to an acutal course and getting one on one instruction would be a very beneificial thing for a relative novice like I am.

I have already been applying the Keith Code techniques to the street riding, but as Rook said, an actual course taken at a track with one on one instruction would be great......

OMG!!! That's freakin awesome!! Kinda reminds me of the Isle of Man being on a public road!! He's gotta have balls like church bells!!!

I hate to say it...no 14 could match that ever...just too much mass and the motor won't power up the same way.He's definitely a skilled rider.Risky...but skilled.

A guy that can take corners like that, back-and-forth is really impressive to me

I would bet he's put "a lot" of hours into getting that good

But i question his sense of safety doing that kinda riding on the infamous dragons tail with other traffic to deal with

All due respect the guys he is passing in that video HAVE to be very early beginners. They aren't even in a semi agressive lean as he passes them. Surely there are some better examples than that of the 14 eating liter bikes on a twisty track? :)
Why the need to present the mighty 14 as all things to all riders in all situations? Almost starting to sound like a continual need to prove something. It is a proverbial rocket ship that handles very well BUT same level riders on a race track it will not out perform it's liter bike cousins.

Agreed. Though a 14 can easily go around a track. Pretty much any other sportbike sold would be a better choice easily. Aka 600, 750, 1000. Thats like putting a ninja 250 on the drag strip, sure it'll go down it but there is a ton of better bikes for that track for that job.

I think that might be FULL from France? Looks like his utube name might be a coincidence? Maybe the circuit being in France is another coincidence? Maybe when he had a 14 he traded it for a busa? But he would send in vids of both bikes, then maybe hit the pond he was gone?

But in the beginning his lines were a little iffy, but the one thing that impressed me was his high speed sweeper kind of smooth arch. And those were in the alps or mountain roads with a lot of armco and nothing to save you going over until a few thousand feet or more? Then, he shows a few closed course vids. I figure he learned to connect the dots. He was the most improved rider that came into his own, IMO. Kind of like watching ROOK tackle the bike like it's nothing now.

So what are the odds FULL jumped back on the R in F2 was it? F3 is a clean 100% cotton briefs. F-off is shit happens. And did you see those clean, smooth apexes? He's just a good thinking, careful headed, fast street rider that missed his calling. It may be never too late, but racing is a sport not a game.

those are some amazing riders for sure, and some great locations to ride. Cant wait to get some one more miles on my bike.
