I cannot speak for the CA bikes but the image you ave there shows the vertical adjustment for my non CA bike accurately. Its a little deceptive. The adjuster is higher up than I expected it to be. Close to the mirror mounts.

Thanks Guys!!

I thought each light had a elevation adjust knob and I was not looking high enough. Have it now - probably really f'd up my azimuth setting because I've been turning those adjustments in both directions .....
