Was over in Germany in May, almost everyone was wearing full leathers like mine on the sportbikes. I stopped in to a restataunt in a small ski town and there must have been a hundred guys in leathers. I noticed even the kids on 250cc bikes had a full suit on. Really no big deal over there.

Hey Kruz, I agree, the one piece fits way better and is more comfy too. But, the Butt Sag is needed as we are all bent up and crotched over and the loose butt area is taken up your back a bit as the area of your back increases as you bend forward and need the extra material, so, when walking around the saggy ass is part of 'the look'. Go do a real track day one time and you'll see what I mean.

Donny is right, Kruz. I have extra butt sag built-in. Once I'm on the bike, comfy fit. Once I'm off the bike, bring your pet elephant. I have an ass pouch for that guy. Room at the inn and all that.

OK Hubmeister, I agree saggy azz is good with the older style leathers that have no stretch panels but my new Taichi is tight in the butt but still allows a full range of motion due to liberal use of the Schoeller Keprotec panels everywhere. I was in a full crouch on a tiny 250cc roadracer in the fitting room and it felt great in the race tuck. Will see tomorrow, I plan to be out on the road at sunrise. Hopefully will get some better pics , this is a beautiful suit, fantastic attention to detail but maybe a bit over the top for the local Starbucks...LOL!

Biggest question, will the new gear clash with any of my bikes?

No, Kruz, You look good in it. Women watch how you dismount. The way you look, move, all that. That's a, 'Go-get-her suit.' You're ready! Besides, new leather will stretch. Break it in all zipped up. Maybe that butt sag will show itself.

The suit is getting big so I can add more burn away from my skin. The older you get, the thinner it becomes. Any nick, you bleed and all that. Mine is coming around. The temp is not ideal for break in. I use the old stuff to sweat in the heat wave we are having, or say goodbye to warm days, here comes, "Pops."

Thanks Hub, not sure if the ladies are checking me out on the dismount but we'll see. No more "plumbers cleavage" with the two piece so that's a plus. Leathers will stretch, my Dainese jacket has loosened up in the chest, now much more comfy. If 1bad buys my two piece it will have to stretch more, 1bad is not petite no missed meals..LOL!

The new leathers are awesome! I felt a little weird when I pulled into a restaurant for breakfast but got no unusual comments. They know me and I come I'n every weekend decked out I'n almost full gear anyway. I got used to the leathers pretty quick, amazing how you can be cruising at 120 mph and nothing is flapping or buzzing, like I said before the suit fits like a second skin. Added bonus, the leather allows you to slide all over the bike I'n the corners, jeans create way too much friction, creating correct body position is a snap now. I didn't want to come back I'n, definitely adds another level of enjoyment to the riding experience. Cornering aggression goes way up, not on the fast sweepers but on the medium speed stuff where you feel like you have protection for your thighs, butt and especially knees. Going back out tomorrow and doing it all again. If any of you guys are sitting on the fence, get a one piece, you won't be sorry!

I'll get some pics on bike with my new suit, negative on the undersuit. I had just gone in there to look and was walking out with a suit so I was still having sticker shock...LOL! I think she said $79 for the undersuit. I'm wearing UnderArmor under it now, that tight fitting lycra stuff.

No issues other than getting it off, I can't get that first arm started without some assistance, then the rest comes off easy. I may have to rig a strap I can attach to a door knob and then tho the left sleeve of the jacket, maybe velcro or something so I can pull that first arm out by myself.

The bad thing about the racing suit, once you've worn it you don't want to go back to a jacket and jeans anymore...LOL!

BTW, the guy that wanted my two piece Dainese balked when I told him I wanted $500 for it. Suit cost me $1100, I guess he was thinking I would sell it for maybe $100. I'll keep it, I hate selling stuff, everyone wants you to give it away.

Give it sometime to break in. Mine was really hard to take off as well. The undersuit helps a lot though even on the bike. I used to wear the underarmour stuff as well.

btw, got some valuable info on ZX-14 bolt pattern info at zx10.net Some guy also sent me a download for an updated service manual. Good folks.

Maybe I will get suited up some time in the next few days. It's not a 1 piece but I like it and it seems to feel pretty comfortable.
