Summers get real hot out here in Bakersfield CA. Fortunately we have some pretty nice loops of enjoyment. Everything from mountains to deserts. The Mullholland 'Snake', is just down the road for the people that like to engage in that sort of thing. I like to watch, but I am not dragging a knee around any corners....Leave that to the guys that are still full of piss and vinegar...When I do take the big green meanie out for a jaunt, I usually run two fuel tanks out of it and call it a day...........Some minor mods Graves, Dubble Bubble, Michelins, Sliders, boot guards, throttle lock, 1" bar risers, GuhlFlash,90degree air valves, fender eliminator, Radiator Protection Screen, 12VDC outlet etc. etc...Nothing fancy, just functional......Ap

Jeez Crude, I've had those on my bike since I don't know when and you never noticed them.
I almost feel like you don't care.

Yannih,
That is one fine looking machine. I like that shorty rear fender. Was that difficult to mount? Ap

apogee, if you check out the bottom of my posts you'll see what mods Ive added to my bike.
This includes a Powerbronze carbon rear hugger.
And nope, it wasn't too hard to mount at all...

Apogee, perhaps one thing you might consider is the mod I added that I believe made a huge difference to the look of my bike.
This was replacing the standard front fender with a ZX-10 version.
I have always thought the stock front fender was very large and clunky, taking away from the sporty look of the bike.
With this mod, I though the bike was completely transformed for the better, although not all would agree with me.
It also matched up the front and rear fenders nicely.
This is however a little involved because brackets are required (if you can find them you can purchase them but I ended up making my own) and depending on the colour of your 14, repainting the new fender may be required (like mine did). I even ordered the original Kawasaki ZX-14 front fender decals to add to the new version as well.
But to me the end result was well worth the effort.
Incase you are interested, see this link to when I originally did this for my old 2007 Gen 1. This includes bracket details should you wish to make them.
ZX-14 to ZX-10 Front Fender Mod
Please also note this is relevant for all models of 14 as you can also see below on my Gen 2.

Whoops missed it.
I'm on the fence about doing it to my 2013.
What year ZX 10 fender did you source?
Also, how did you attach the brake lines to the ZX 10 fender? The holes are located in different positions.
I happen to already have some Color Rite paint in the proper color should I need to paint it.
Thanks
Mike

Also, I presume the Fenda Extenda was for a ZX 10 as well?
